Frequently Asked
How often does data refresh?
Choose between 5s / 10s / 30s / 1m / 5m / Manual from the header dropdown. Default is 30 seconds.
What if Google Sheets is unreachable?
The dashboard automatically falls back to the last cached snapshot stored in your browser, and shows a notification when connection resumes.
Can I use my own sheet?
Yes — go to Upload → Connect Google Sheet and paste any published-to-web CSV URL, or set it once from Settings → Google Sheet connection.
How is "Conversion Rate" calculated?
(Won leads ÷ Total leads) × 100. A lead counts as Won when its payment status is Paid, or its status text indicates payment was received.
Where are my uploaded files stored?
In your browser's LocalStorage only — never uploaded to any server. They stay on this device and are managed from Saved Files.
